Hotel is located quite close to the airport. A large transportation hub just across the steet. The M3 metro line will have you in the tourists sites within 20 minutes. Check in was fast and hassle free, ehe room was clean and spacious. I had requested a room away from the street and top floor, got as requested and facing the forest with a nice balcony. The location of the hotel is perfect. Situated close to the metro station, shopping center. The surroundings of the hotel are nothing special, not really an eye catcher and outdated. The staff in the hotel (at the reception) were very nice and polite. The staff went WAY OVER and left us a nice cake for our birthday boy and even a surpise gift. Overall VERY GOOD experience, great and attentive staff, rate 5 out of 5.

Fantastic location. The metro (underground) is next door to take you to the centre. There’s Shopmark shopping mall next door, everything you need, it’s there. Even change currency opposite Spar inside. If you arrive late, you can check in 24 hours. If you’re hungry and need a coffee at odd hours, ask at the reception. Brilliant. Every room has a balcony. The front you can watch the world go by, at the back, you can watch the birds and squirrels in the trees. I’ve stayed here before and upgraded the bathroom. Very snazzy! If you haven’t paid for breakfast, you can pay at the reception, they have a great buffet style breakfast, hot/cold/vegan/hot drinks etc. Thank you Ibis City South!

What positive surprise! I expected a cheap worn-out hotel, yet this is very new and clean, with an excellent price/performace ratio. The whole facility is either new or freshly refurbished. The room felt nice and the bathroom was quite fancy and stylish for this price range. A very good base for exploring budapest, the subway is just across the street. I was grateful for big free parking just in front of the hotel, so I didnt have to worry about someone stealing expensive mantoys from my car.

Dear people, the place is the best location in Budapest, the overall score is wrong and not worth paying attention, here you have free parking in front of the hotel, metro line in front of the hotel, big and clean rooms, good price, it's the second time I come back here and I am very satisfied and I will come back here again. Professional and dedicated staff, thanks to Dorothea for her help and congratulations to all the staff, see you next time!

Very good location close to the subway so you can go to the center of the city very fast and easily. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we were allowed with our cat without extra charge. We had free parking in front of the hotel-the places are limited but free, so it's up to one's luck; otherwise, the hotel has a private parking on-site for a fee. It's definitely the best choice for a visit by car in Budapest.

Hi, I would like to say Big Thank You to staff who were working at reception on 25- 26 September. I was after long trip, around 25 hours, after Ukraine and received good service in your hotel. Last year, 25 of March, I choosen your hotel by chance coz war started and I should to manage all in one moment. Thank you that I wanted to come back. I realy appriciate it. - Hotel is right opposite to Metro, Tram and Bus station - this provides very good commute option into the city - Breakfast options were good, and it was available as early as 6 am - providing enough headway for those who venture out into the city early - Not me, but my kid liked the bath tub in the bathroom and also a balcony with nice view to the large backyard of the hotel

The room was nice and comfy. We were warm and we could adjust the temperature of the room. There was space to put our clothes in and the room had everything we needed.

A bit far from the tourist sights but just opposite the metro stn and there's also a mall outside the hotel
